Event planners and renters will be billed at cost for all expenses to replace or repair physical damage(s) to any of the Event Rent items caused by user or their guests

Scheduling Priorities ?

Should a conflict arise we encourage cooperation and flexibility. No confirmed bookings will be automatically “bumped” to accommodate a group with a higher priority. The current reservation holders must provide written agreement (can be emailed) to release space before scheduled events can be altered. Written confirmations/rental agreements will be the deciding factor in cases of disputes. Reservations are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
