Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies clarify when a booking may be cancelled and the amount (if any) of a refund. The cancellation notice period that is required prior to check-in is expressed in days and the cancellation penalties are explained. In all booking cancellation cases, the standard Booking Fee and Service Fee are to be prepaid by the renter, and is non-refundable and an additional cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the booking is applied. The refundable amount is after these fees have been deducted.

General Cancellation

Customer cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event will not be subject to any additional charges beyond the original deposit amount /or/ renter will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. The refundable amount will be determined after this fee has been deducted.

Late Cancellation

Customer cancellations made 30 days up to 7 days prior to the event date, the renter will be charged 50% of the original rental fee. The refundable amount will be determined after this fee has been deducted.

Day of Cancellation

Events that are cancelled ‘day of’ due to inclement weather will not be charged late cancellation fees – as long as the group representative contacts our offices at least 4 hours to their scheduled event start time to notify us of the weather related cancellation.
